ULTRA DURABLE TIMBER COATING & FINISH
When new clients are choosing timber doors, two of the most common concerns are often about lifespan and maintenance. However, unlike the timber windows of the past, our modern timber treatments are both durable and long lasting. We have invested a great deal of time testing and developing the coating / paint finishes used across our ranges. The water based micropourus systems that we use, means that the coating is both flexible and breathable, allowing timber to move naturally through the seasons, minimising cracking and peeling associated to traditional solvent based coatings. This means that the standard wood windows won’t need repainting for up to 10 years.
